Bamburgh Castle

By BishopBeck
This was originally taken in colour but didn't seem to work, so I did a bit of work in Photoshop. I converted to black and white and just played with the highlights a little, finally giving it a very light blue filter effect.

It was a sunny day believe it or not - I just struck lucky with the clouds.

great composition here, love the layout, the detail of the castle is missing, would be better if sharper maybe seems a little soft, great shot for a vampire movie.

I'd crop it to take out the burnt out sky element, good PS work and the toning is very effective and suitable.
