hi,
a lot to like here, particularly the bright umberellas in the rain and all those reflections. the temple is almost a secondary thing and not the main subject. i like the whole composition and with a bit of care could have been a show stopper.
the sky was so bright and thin in colour that it has burned out and lost detail. the temple has also become a little soft and lacking in definition. using a soft egde 3 stop grad nd would have held this back enough to make a big difference. to show what i mean i have overlaid a grad onto your picture and given a little boost to the saturation. have also cropped a little from the right to make the temple less central and tighten up the composition.
