Turkey Guard

By Blenkinsopp
Normally a poser. I couldn't understand why he wouldn't look at the camera until I realised the remains of the turkey were still on the table !

Amazing the effect on turkey on usually indifferent dogs and cats. Our new dog has been meek and mild... suddenly he's watching like a hawk in the kitchen and sneaking onto the table when we're not watching...

bless him... this is a lovely image. Well done

Thank you.
There aren't many working farm dogs out there(he's a beardie X border collie) who live in the house and eat turkey but our 2 do - they earn their keep and they're "family"

He's putting that face on so you'll feel sorry and give him some - well captured image - definitely an Arrr! shot.

Hope he was lucky enough to have some of the left-overs? He deserved some for this.
Super shot.
