Bee on Purple

By block119er
Bee on purple flowers (don't as me what the flowers are I've no idea), taken in Sheffield City Centre, near to the station, today. Standard lens used and cropped only in Picasa. I personally like the 3D effect caused by the DOF.

The flower is Verbena bonariensis. Butterflies, hoverflies and bees all adore these, so with luck you'll get lots more chances to capture visitors to them! Like the dof and the colours ,,, not to forget, the bee.

I knew some knowledgable person would tell me the flower type, as it was taken on my way home from Sheffield Station, don't know if I'll get another chance.

But thanks for the nice comments and votes guys.
