The Star Collectors

By BlueRoom
This one comes from a far off land where all the lovely things come from.
Funny thing is, I cant remember where it is, how I got there or how I got this picture.

Don't you sometimes find, as you look back over your life, that all your many and varied memories don't quite fit together as neatly as they should?

Catch a falling star and put it in your pocket........

Unfortunately we don't always retrieve it on those rainy days.

An enjoyable manipulation - as always.

Thank you Paree, for your glowing blue award. Smile As for the people, I drew them with the pen tool in Photoshop. A tricky little chap to get the hang of but once you do it gives an amazing degree of control over shapes and curves.
Thank you too Helen. I just hope he doesn't reach too far. Sad

Love this concept all the images you have created using this style should be available in major stores right now and earning money they are brilliant!.

Hey Pooch, thanks for that and thanks for your Gorgeous Gong. Obviously I'm very much in favour of your marketing plan but as you can see, the general public can't much be bothered with my flights of fancy. Luckily those who can be bothered are often quite enthusiastic and for that I'm very grateful. Smile

You should write children's books, based on these characters, and illustrate them GrinGrinGrin. I'd buy them for my kids!

Cheers JoJo, always a joy to get your award. Smile
Thank you Source, and thank you Alda for your thoughts.
This photo is enchanting and would make a great illustration in a children's story. You are so clever and I wish I could produce something along the same lines. I would be forever creating story books for my grandchildren. I love anything that contributes to that magic of childhood as lots grow up too quickly these days. Fantastic work.
