My "crit" would be to include much more of the surroundings as taken like that the image doesn't tell a story. I'd like to see the jetty and the dam its sitting on.

Interesting opinion above. Betty sure knows how to dress for effect. That vivid blue is a knockout. This is a good composition and including more may dilute it's strength. Different ways of thinking about an image. TG
