Rhaeader Falls 2

By Bogwoppett
Another pic of a water-downy-fally-thing!

After yesterday's comments regarding overexposure at the top of the falls, decided to upload this different view with framing that ignores the top part of the falls.

I missed yesterday's, but I do like this one a lot - great exposure and nice deep colours in the forest!!

I agree with Mike the exposure is good and the deep colours works good for me. I think this is better than the other one.

lovely shot, it actually looks like you are zooming in with the lines in the rocks.

Excellent capture

thanks Mike, Jouko, Denka and Mo!
And richard,
I noticed the natural lines of the rocks seemed to lead to the lower fall so I tried to get that in the pic!

Wow! You have got an amazing zoom effect with the rock patterns and the stream. I feel like I am flying into the shot at about 100mph. I think the lens helps with this, I have one of these, it's a real cracker.

Agree fully with Simon, the lines in the rocks really pull you in. Very effective shot.

Beautiful picture the colours are really sharp, as is the whole picture, also a great position to take the shot.

I like this. The water cascading down the rocks creates a very surreal image. Well captured.

Another string to your bow Steve...good exposure on the water and the vortex feel into your scene is impressively composed.
