very nice shot.

Thanks for your comments!!!
The lighting is exactly how I wanted it, nikon5700ite!!
Source was natural light, Janmsa!
fairly evenish spill from two roof windows directly above subject. I wanted a high key effect on WHITE! duvet, so she was floating in a sea of whiteness (like clouds, but obviously no real duvet can look like clouds!!!) and a smoooooth natural skin tone!
One modelling light to lighten the face slightly.
although the conversion was done in ps, I prefer to do as little digital alteration as possible.
So I could have taken out the ribs in ps, but I thought, no, it's all about natural here!!
For those who are interested, all the digital manipulation here is...
-conversion to tif from raw file, "cloudy" white balance, 0 sharpening, all other settings on auto or default.
-conversion to B+W (hue method) from colour tif file.
-Slight top and tail level manipulation of the histogram to bring the contrast where I wanted it.
-Re-size for upload, and a sharpening because people tend to say "too soft" or "unfocussed" if you don't!!
cheers
