Such a pretty flower and you've caught it brilliantly.

After taking a shot like this I think I would have made a few changes and then taken more photographs. For instance I would have tried to get a little closer (this would put all our attention on the white bloom and remove some of the background). I would also blow the little bits off the lower petals, just cleaning up the area a bit. That is the beauty of digital, we can take as many photos as we like and just delete the ones we don't want (back in the film days that prooved rather expensive!).

Saying that, as Mike says, you've handled the whites brilliantly - not any easy colour to catch!

Mick is so right about the exposure of the whites here. Well done, Emily. I agree with Karen about going in closer too but this is still one superb shot Smile
