perilous tranqillity

By andylea
this is a shot from last night at cockersand many of you have asked were i get my titles from well i do spend a lot of time and thought trying to come up with them but this one was easy it's a very tranquil scene and it was very perilous to get to very very sqelchy ground i had that sinking feeling more than once and so did my tripod wont be going back in a hurry lets put it that way so took as many shots as i dare and beat a hasty retreat hope you like it
many thanks for all the cc for yesterdays upload they are so very much appreciated
andy

Awesome shot! The sky has great tones and I really like the reflection. My gran got shots a bit like this when she went to ballycastle on Sunday.Bet she loves this when she sees it.

I just love your sunset shots Andy, they draw you in, I can see myself sitting there in the quiet of the night, so peaceful.

I see Steven got in before me, surprised he didn't say I would be green with envy as my shots are nowhere near as good as yours and he'd be right! Another wonderful shot Andy. You have the knack of catching the wonderful golden tones as well as those beautiful blues without over coking them.

Hi Andy, another superb composition and wonderful light. Was chased off the moors last night by mist and drizzle and I knew there was a great sunset trying to get out. Well done, mate. Smile

Yes, I get to make this 30! A really well-deserved RC, Andy. A beautiful example of the kind of coastscapes that have become your hallmark. Well done indeed.

Gosh, Andy - we don't want you disappearing into those sinking sands... they can be treacherous. Great shot though.
