This is the one that killed me.
Not satisfied with shooting from a distance and loathe to change to a longer lens I crept closer to the sea. I'd been keeping an eye on this area for about ten minutes and no big waves had appeared there. Thirty seconds later and nature's formidable widow-maker had claimed another victim.
So here I lay. Dead. At the bottom of the sea. A foolish photographer uploading from Davy Jones' laptop whilst the creatures of the ocean nibble at my ears.
Be careful out there.

Ah, now this is more like it! Excellent frozen goodness in every drop ni the big version. You may have to upgrade your avatar now, as it looks a little too peaceful and spring-like. You need something more um... agressive, to fit your new persona as a man of formidable and unstoppable action!

Good photo, just thought it needed more wow. I thought there were quite a few blown out areas so uploaded a pretty radical modification

hi boyd a great place to get fish and chips and a soaking caught a 20 lb cod on the end of the pier ,few years ago though ,got some of a storm not the same one a drab day and no sky , put one up tomorrow ,great shots ,pete from bridgend
