Nice shot. Don't worry about the lack of colour it adds to the feel of the photograph.

It's fine. Very atmospheric with industrial presence in the background. I think it would also be a good one in back & white.

We are having a bit of a breeze compared to you Peter... Smile Fab capture, the lack of colour gives it that extra forboding look which is perfect for the power of Nature here.... Smile

Hello Peter, the highlight of your shot has to be that wave breaking...the beauty is accentuated by the winter light and moody atmosphere. Nice balanced exposure.

Great capture of that amazing wave - and the smoke / steam from the industrial site in the background adds a great juxtaposition between the natural and the man-made. Well done. Bruce.

Well timed! Needed a little more light, but I don't know enough to help. Like the background though. Added interest. If you could've got more light, a closer crop of the wave would've been favourite! Good shot!
