The chancel at Waterhay,Gloucestershire.

All that is left of this 13th century church.The rest was removed by the villagers,brick by brick as the original church was prone to flooding.Like other churches in the area,the wall paintings are still readable.I just think that it is a lovely tranquil place.

Such a beautiful peaceful scene, love the look of this little church. The interior shot shot its gorgeous too, so lovely to see the trees through the arched/leaded windows.
