What can I say, a really nice shot. Are the circles on the image from the light?
Shows a lot of potential - you've cut the girls out to get rid of distractions and also filled in the empty space with some interst in the lens flare filter.
the mono toning is soft and fairly flattering
All I'd suggest is a little more practice with the brush tool - try using it on a very low opacity so that it has minimal effect, you'll get smoother lines around the girls and that will give you a less jagged effect
