I will get round to completing my bit on shooting along my local stretch of coast but Storm Freya has got me down on the beach again, 4 hours yesterday and I'm just off for the "morning shift" shoot this morning.

Well, I survived for 2 hours getting battered by the wind and a trifle damp from the rain (even with the monopod it was difficult to keep upright in some of the gust)

There were over 60 windsurfers and kiters out and the action was continuous, sometimes more than three photo-ops needing attention at a time so I ended up with >3k shots which I have got down and posted 300+ so far for the riders

This is just a small part of what was happening, probably around three times that many were spread out along the one mile strip of surf

They are lovely people but a bit odd sometimes Grin
