Dahlia Bloom

By brian1208
We stripped out the old broad beans from the raised bed in front of the kitchen window and replaced them with some mixed Dahlias for cutting use.

Now on a grey wet morning we are cheered up with a blast of glorious colour, which I thought I would share as its another grey wet start to the day

(as its a non-reporting adapter the EXIF is showing the wrong aperture info, this was set to f8 using an old EOS 500 body)

If this beautiful specimen were to be entered into a local village show, it would certainly find its way to the winners podium.
