They did look rather nice apartments Alan, but this is the area that got seriously flooded last winter.

Works for me Brian. Toning adds a certain extra dimension I think - a hint of a past as well as an interesting contemporary look. Can't imagine it would be fun being flooded there though .. damp for months ..
