Llanthony Priory 2

By brian13
First real test of the Canon 350D today.

Taken from inside the ruin of Llanthony Priory using onboard flash as fill-in for the arch whilst exposing for the sunlit buildings.
Phew! I normally just shoot.

A combination of the arch and the shadow frame your view beautifully Brian...great colours and sharp clarity. Give Marian our regards.

Lovely shot Brian, good idea to use flash to light the arch, works really well. I like it, appeals to my taste much so that I am now going to upload my church shot from the archives!

Nicely framed and taken Bri, hope you weren't tempted to spend an hour (or two!) in the bar!
