A Valentine Heart

By BrianM
I came across this rusting dustbin lid in a field and even now I'm not sure what made me take the shot, maybe it was the colours, maybe the embossed shapes on the lid or a combination of the two or there again maybe it was just a rubbish idea Smile - whatever it was it strangly appealed to me. What do you think of it. All comments appreciated.

(Taken in 2002 but when I spotted it recently whilst looking through my old shots I thought I'd save it for today.)

Good rust study Brian, nicely cropped, wouldn't have known it was a bin lid.

Thanks everyone for taking a look and for the kind comments, appreciated as always.

Lucie, Lydia & Jim, I found ePz was becoming an obsession, and I'm sure there are many out there who know what I mean. With limited time because of other commitments and a slow connection (hopeful soon to be rectified) I was taking few new shots so I decided to just stand back for a while and regroup.
