Brian this is great. Terrific colours. Does anybody ever catch anything or is it an excercise in being alone??

Thanks all for taking a look and for your comments, appreciated as always.

Ella - I can't say I've seen much being caught. It's years since I've been fishing (strictly freshwater) but I always found it a great way to be alone with your thoughts if nothing else. Thanks for the comment on "Out" which was deleted - it may be back sometime.

Suey - I can't seem to get "Out" quite right, I liked my first version (posted last night) but the writing was quite faded, having since made the writing move readable when I see the posted image the colours seem wrong. I'll leave it for a day or so and have a fresh look - it may be back sometime.

Simple but very good shot I find. I still prefer cheeky chappie that I am so jealous you saw him first!

By the look of the rods their fairly serious fishermen, this looks like North Norfolk then they are probabily Mackerel fishing. In Fact the one on the left could be my mate Frank! (its a small world!).
lovely simple pleasing image.

Chris - You are right, North Norfolk and if my memory serves correct (it was June last year) near Clay next the Sea.

Perfect composition, Brian. I like the texture in the sand, and the colour of the sea is just wonderful.

Jim - not so much sand as shingle, a whole massive bank of the stuff for a far as the eye can see.

Your personal information Brian certainly sums things up. So many "good images" to see. I like the symmetry and color in this shot. John

Thanks for taking a look Magda and for the comments, appreciated. Apart from these two the beach was fairly deserted which now brings to mind a question, tackle boxs, bait boxs, seats ???

I wish I could think of something more imaginative to say than 'simple but very effective'! but there you go. Smile
