The Forest

Haven't had a chance to do any photography for a little while, but found this whilst flipping through my old shots & rather liked it.

Have toned it & adjusted the contrast in PS.

Comments most welcome!

That is kind of nice - it appears to be a gradual blur to the background - Nice detail in the foreground and I like the toning effect.

I love the dof and the treatment the you chose to do. It's got this unique feel. Click!

As said above the DOF really works well. Colour tones compliment the image really well. Well presented.

it's different, a personal thing here, not too keen on that type of frame, but still, click (*:*)

Interesting use of depth of field. I like the composition but I'm not convinced about the duo toning you've applied. I quite like the framing.

Great shot. I really like the angle but I think its the toning you have done on this one that makes it for me. Nice to see you back.

Yikes, bit late in replying to this one! Sorry everyone - been a bit busy at work...

Thanks for everyones comments, much appreciated. Personally I rather like the frame, although looking at the shot now I wish I'd been a bit more careful when I was applying the duo tone - it's a bit sloppy in places... oh well!
