The No Parking signs are a bit redundant. Beautiful but sad, and more heavy rain forecast today for the western side of the UK.

It looks so calm that the devastation of so much excess water is hard to imagine - 60 to 90 cm (2 - 3 feet) above normal I reckon. As Moira says, ....

The long exposure has brought a fantastic finish to the water Tom, beautiful tonal quality to this image and a nice sense of movement in the clouds. Mother nature can be both fierce and beautiful, as this image clearly portrays. Lovely work,

Wonderful.I'm a sucker for long exposure effects on the water and sky, while the no parking signs add an unexpected quirk to the scene.
