Love this photo and recognised the beach, my favourite of all the 'West Auckland' beaches.
Like what you've done to soften the photo, but keeping the energy of the pic.

A great nostalgic image, reminds me somehow of a Victorian print. Good harmonious use of colour. I might try this myself!
