Visited Wildwood in Kent last weekend with the spanking new 100-400.

Tried to get a fairly natural looking background.

Handheld, 1/250 at f5 ISO 800. 190mm.
Way outside my comfort zone with this sort of photo. Be as brutal as you like. Smile

Beauty of a shot - wildwood is a great place to visit Smile
The only problem realy is that you have cut him up a little - might be worth cropping closer in a littl perhapse for this shot -- not that its very noticable at the moment, the head draws the attention very well Smile

Thanks all. Agreed Overread, unfortunately he (?) was sitting on a man-made wooden platform that made the shot look a bit unnatural in my opinion. The wider shots I have which include the platform look very contrived. This was the best of a bad bunch!!
