    Hello.
    First of all, this is a very nice shot, but I noticed you want some constructive critique, so here goes.

    My advice would be to let the light work for you. Try not to shoot with the sunlight behind the subject as it darkens the main point of interest and you will find you lose lots of details. Shooting into the light also make it hard to obtain a well exposed image. There are of course exceptions to this.

    I appreciate that this is not always possible, especially when shooting wildlife, but if you can move position slightly until the light falls onto the subject from the front, then you will greatly improve the shot in terms of being able to see much more detail and even get some catch-light in the eye, which makes a world of difference.
