I think this is a beautiful and very well composed image. The sunlight is very attractive. Possibly some extra warmth afforded by late afternoon summer sunlight might have benefitted this image. But that is just my own thoughts and I am certainly no expert.
Red is a very dominant colour, and obviously if the roof of the building is red then for a realistic representation of the scene that is simply how it would have to be. Personally I think I would desaturate that red a little so that the roof didn't demand quite so much attention and distract the viewer from the scene as a whole.
Again, just my own thoughts and I am sure there are plenty of people who will not be of the same opinion.
Either way, I do think this is a lovely image.
