Cramond is like Lindisfarne, you have to watch you do not get marooned, when the tide comes in. A well selected viewpoint, with the walkway and pipeline concrete supports all leading you towards the island. Great tones and presentation.

I am voting this for entirely different reasons. I shall disagree with mac, the walkway, the concrete pipeline supports, the leading path to the far island are no match to that mutation carrier of the red hair colour, this lass stamps it Scotland for me. I don't know if she is a friend or relative instructed to be there or a total stranger, who happened to be there.

But she wins hands down the competition for Miss Scotland, lol.

On a serious note, I believe that any landscape without a person in it is an interesting story for geologists. When a person is in a landscape image the viewer can wonder what is the person doing there.

The walking girl has to be the icing on the cake. Great perspective.

Long walk, but a very inviting photo draws you in with the girls place on the path. Great perspective.
