  • Wake Boarding by Camaro

    Thanks, folks!

David - I was on the bank of the smallish lake that these guys were using. No boats, overhead cable type system that can accommodate about a dozen boarders at a time. There are fixed ramps and rails for tricksy stuff.

I like how he's keeping any eye on you whilst chomping his grub.
Pity about the diagonal lines from the fencing - sometimes changing to B&W helps disguise these.

10 out of 10, mate. Stunning pic.
Air to air photography with aeroplanes is hard enough, but photographing meat bombing at night is something else!

I can feel the rain dripping down the back of my neck!

How about cloning out the lamp post, grit bin and tv aerial? You could really 'age' the photo then, would make it almost timeless.

  • Trinidad by Camaro

Jeff, Cliff is flying the aircraft from the left hand seat with Mike, his nav, in the right. Not only were they concetrating on us (formation flying is very hard work) but you should have seen the 'hand signals' between the aircraft! Wink

Mark, I would but I don't think SOCATA don't make 'em anymore.

Ian, with the colour of some of the water around Alderney and the glorious weather that weekend, it could almost have been Trinidad.

    Thanks for the comments.

  • Flightline by Louis64

Cool - look at all those Merlins! Can't beat the flightline at Flying Legends.

Good effort. Like Alan says, have a tweak at the contrast. Maybe you could try adding some grain and go sepia for a period look?
