Trying out my extensive video capabilities again 
Appear to have a problem wiith sync on the 2nd part of the vid, but I'm sure you get the gist.
A couple of points to note: When I say 'trigger trap' I do of course mean 'Triggersmart' and when I say 'short exposure', I mean 'short delay'.
Next time I'll write a script!
