I like the 'back door' approach here, with the side lighting showing off all the detail there, immaculately captured by you.
The dark greyish b/g tones show off the bloom to perfection.

Our garden was under water yesterday but it has drained now, more rain on the way, unusual idea for a flower shot Ivor, but it works wonderfully well! I will have to keep an eye on you lol. Have a great Christmas, and a good new year, can't wait for spring, regards Leon.GrinGrinGrinGrinGrinGrin
