Approaching storm

Id driven to Snowdonia for an overnight stay to take sunset and then sunrise photos. I spent the day looking for good spots and liked this view of the tarn with Snowdon in the background. However as the sun set the clouds rolled in and I just got this shot in before they shut out any sunlight and the rain started.

great shot i went to Snowdon in June last year, talk about unpredictable weather looking at the clouds you were lucky to get the shot.

Spot on Niknut. Great spot for photos. I'd been hoping to stay on after sunset and get star trail photos with one of several abandoned cottages that littler the nearby banks for foreground interest. The rain put paid to that!
