This benefits with some small tweaks, - as in the mod.
Ive sharpened the eyes quite a bit, - you need to remember to sharpen AFTER you re size for the web. I converted to monotone, and increased contrast a little. Then I applied a diffuse glow to soften the face a little more while leaving the eyes and mouth untouched.
