  • Many thanks, tj
  • Living in Crete, Greece, I am only eligible to enter a few of the prize draws. If I have an address in the UK where a possible prize could be sent to, what do I need to do to enable me to enter the full prize draw, please?
  • Despite living 2,000 miles apart, and never actually meeting Barbs face to face, I considered her as my very best friend. Not a day went by when we didn't have a chat via ePZ private messaging, I am going to miss her, the contact and the love of life that she showed dearly. Sincere condolences to Jon, who was her backbone until the end, and all her family, she is already missed.
  • A welcome summer visitor
  • Too complicated for a little mind like mine, Chris Wink
  • Looking at my 'sent' messages, I have always deleted them as I have sent them, but I see now that I have messages showing that go back to 2007! How o I get rid of them?

  • Quote:Just a quick comment.

In the previous version when looking at my Favourites I used to be able to scroll from the latest image of each favourited photographer to the next using the arrows either side of the image or the preview bar beneath the image. In this version I appreciate the change to "Following: Phots's", however this system of navigation only works for the 1st image I view (i.e. I can move to the next image in my following list only once) after that it seems to take me to the next image in the gallery.

Sorry if this isn't a clear description...

I am still having the above problem, when I return to the images after voting/commenting, it is not just my favourites I see, but the whole gallery.
Also, if I just vote using the button at the top right of the image, the number of votes increases by 1, but it does not show my name as a voter.

I am finding it still happening, not every time, but every now and again.
  • Is there any way to be able to look at the name of the person who has uploaded to the gallery without actually opening the image?
  • If we upload before 9am tomorrow, will the upload be lost in the upgrade?
  • Welcome to ePZ, and looking forward to seeing your images Smile
  • Had a quick look, don't like change, so not keen on the new look. No doubt will get used to it in time. Find uploading with variations a bit longer than before.
When is the big launch day?
  • Hey Joe, Frankie Laine
  • A rather strange request for little babies so very young. As you say, they couldn't hold their heads up, so would have been prone on the ground, making what I would imagine an awful photo. I think you were right to refuse.
  • Think what he'd break if he were to fall over!
  • I give my UA's as and when I see the image(s), I don't shortlist any for the reasons/problems stated above. Only problem with doing that is that it's a dead cert that I will have given all my awards and then spot a real beauty Grin

Already is for some of us, Adrian Wink
  • Ross, you could say the same about any subject, landscapes, sunsets, butterflies etc. etc. The choice is yours, to look or not to look. Each and every one of us have our own pet subjects, mind being small critters. I enjoy what I photograph, and if my images give other people pleasure, then that's an added bonus. I don't intend to change my photographic subject, you can never please all of the people all of the time, but just to please a small number is what I try to do. The same goes for Louise, her pet subject is birds, she photographs them extraordinarily well, and she was rewarded today with a GEA, keep up the good work, Louise Smile
  • Many congratulations, Mya.
  • I had the same thing a couple of days back, had to close and re-open a couple of times before it righted itself.
  • Hi, Ben, and welcome to this very friendly site! I'm sure you will enjoy being a part of ePZ, and I lookforward to seeing your images. Carol
  • I am British, now living in Crete, and would love to meet up with any ePZ members that may be coming over to Crete for their annual holidays.
Crete is a wonderful island, with so many photographic opportunities, I would love to share some of my favourite places with you.
  • If you're going to venture out of bonny Scotland for a day or two, then you can't miss out on the North Yorkshire Dales, for some of the best landscape photography.
