Two cracking shots Carol with V1 being my choice for the click. The detail is superb, I had no idea their legs were so long and now realise how they can jump so far.
Two fabulous captures, the detail is amazing right down to the toe nails.

I wonder if it is as large as the ones we have here in Texas Wink

I held one on the palm of my hand once and cannot forget how it almost hurt when it pushed off - they have some powerful back legs.

Strange little feet in V1, dangling below the stem. I think that one's my favourite, although the choice was difficult.

I'm looking aat him Carol and thinking how much thought does he give to jumping.
Has he a local map or is it pot luck for them,the poor sod could end up in a birds nest,,some legs on him...
