Must be a ladies Shaving Brush, for the colour, Carol..!
It is a beautiful colour and most unusual (to me), can't help with the real name, sorry.
I love the detail, especially V3, with the bee nectaring.
A super trio...!

You are so lucky Carol to have these beautiful flowers so late in the year. The light and colours in V1 and V2 are superb. A good photo of the bee too.

Hi Carol.. I think this is a "Polygala Myrtifolia" Myrtle-leaf-Milkwort... Sweet Pea shrub.

Whilst in Malta, I captured an image of this flower with one of those bees and have never put it up as I could not ID either flower or bee!!
