Nearly 1,700

As in "I've currently got nearly 1,700 RAW files in Lightroom awaiting editing"! Crumbs... Lightroom is creaking under the strain - it's probably not designed for that many, is it? I'll run a sweep on how many more I can get in before the computer explodes if anyone fancies a flutter! Wink

Yes, I've finally taken the plunge and got involved with this new-fangled digital business! Actually, I did so at the end of last year… It's been interesting! There are some things I love about it (the obvious ones: changing ISO at will, immediate feedback and no developing/scanning costs) and others which absolutely drive me to distraction (I have to spend even more time in front of the computer than I did before and corrupt files)! Also, while Lightroom isn't exactly rocket science, there seem to be so many different ways to do similar things that it is causing me a certain amount of head-scratching… I'm hoping to post my first image since last year (!) at some point this weekend and I am intending this to be digital - any feedback anyone can give me on my processing would be greatly appreciated!

I'm just sitting down to start some editing now as there'll be a good few more to come over the weekend... What's the betting I end up with more by Monday, even if I clear loads tonight?! Wink
