The day after the fire

By cats_123
Good morning Epzers 😁...grey and wet!!!

One of the restaurants in Donaghadee (The Bull and Claw) had a fire in their upper floor...local part time firefighters helped bring it under control but there's been some significant damage. No-one seriously hurt thank goodness. They've not been open that long (we have yet to visit) so it's a big disappointment. It will take until March to get back to business.

A tarpaulin covering went on yesterday.

Have a great day and stay safe 😁

fire fighters are public servants who are always ready to protect the public from themselves

Sometimes life is very tough and you do feel for these business owners. In my book I would pay firemen a lot more money and
the likes of Raheem Sterling and others the minimum wage.

Sad news about the restaurant, but hope they get it up & running again. A fine reportage shot, Jeff 👍

It could not have happened at the worse time of the year, just before Christmas. Sell to local newspaper?
