I bumbled over to Gloucester today on a 'junk' hunting expedition. It wasn't all that fruitful but I did come home with a few items - of course I don't have enough stuff round here and always need more

The weather was quite nice when I took this photo. Unfortunately the cathedral was closed for a private event and not due to open until 2pm. By the time 2pm arrived the sun and blue sky had gone and I knew there was no point in exploring the cloisters as the light was rubbish.

Hey ho - at least it was a pleasant enough day mooching about and tomorrow I plan to make up for it and get lots of 'useful' stuff done - maybe........
