I thought I'd try milk with the drip machine tonight and bought a pint of regular instead of my semi-skimmed. Quite frankly my efforts were rubbish and I think a day or two away from the machine won't hurt and next time I play I'll try to do it when I've plenty of time instead of my usual rushing.

I might have the weekend free although if the weather is nice I shall wander off on Saturday and have baby pics to do on Sunday. Who knows, maybe I'll find a slot to play with the drips sometime.......

I thought I might give the drops a rest this evening and get the oily water out - it's been a while since I did any of those and I've a table etc. conveniently still up in the living room.

The kit delivery is a tad on the slow side alas - I'm still waiting for my Olympus cable though as it's gratis I'm not chasing him for it!

Checked my email this morning........ the kit was posted yesterday and should be here Mon/Tues.

Got everything ready set up in the spare bedroom. Only thing I've not got is the food colouring. Looks like a trip to Asda over the weekend for the primary colours!

Ah - that's good - it won't be too long before you're totally obsessed with collision pics Smile

I need to stock up my food colouring supplies - I've noticed that I can't get the little bottles in my handy Tesco anymore - they all come in tubes! I suppose that would make addition of the colouring a bit more precise than my usual lob it in technique Smile

My oil on water pics tend to be a bit hit and miss - some days they're a doddle - some a total failure Smile
