I spent a very pleasant day at the Steam Museum in Swindon today. It was a bit of a trawl getting there as I chose to go by bus having already purchased a weekly pass that would cover the trip. Still, it's a pleasant route from Cheltenham to Swindon and no changes required so I could just settle down and watch the world go by.
The museum is excellent - very pleasant to potter around, wheelchair friendly which was rather handy with two peeps being pushed about and the cafe excellent.
I somehow doubt we were supposed to notice that her maj appeared to be in a rather inebriated state however!
