At the top of the stairs......

There is only one world; the world pressing against you at this minute. There is only one minute in which you are alive; this minute here and now. The only way to live is by accepting each minute as an unrepeatable miracle.

At the top of the stairs......

The odd comment has been made by a peep or two about how they'd like to see what my house is like. I figured since it was relatively tidy at the top of the stairs I'd take a couple of snaps so you can go "oh good grief" at the amount of junk I have sitting around.

Of course this is only a fraction of my collection - the spare room is full, there are three bookcases in the studio full of bits and the bookcase downstairs contains a fair few bits. Oh and the living room too........

Camera Bag

I've been in bag making mode lately - I wanted a new camera bag but not your usual obvious camera bag. For a long time I've used an insert which I've put in a regular tote bag but I decided it was time to make my own bag. The first one came out o...

The End - the final image of my mobile phone 365 and please someone remind me not to do another for a long long time! Admittedly elsewhere I've done daily photo uploads for years - well the last one I missed was March 2010 - but it's another matte...

Once again I was snapping away on the bus today though of course the view tends to be the same as I always take the same route. At least the cattle move about a bit but alas no sign of the Highland Coos today. I did see a cute little calf though :)...

The only annoying thing about having the iphone is that Little Photo, an android app that I really like, doesn't have a version for the iphone. So, I applied a few of my favourite textures to a blank white page, saved them to my laptop as a texture ...

You ought to be on one of those 'weird people's type progs. But no, not really. Your home looks like a quirky museum and all the more interesting for it. And much tidier than I thought it would be.

It is rather full of 'stuff' but fortunately there is still plenty of room to move around and you can see the floor Smile Granted the living room is a bit of a tip at the moment but in my defence I usually only have Sundays free to do anything at home and if the sun is out I'm damned if I'm doing housework Smile

I may, if you're lucky, pop up the odd photo of other rooms in due course when they're tidy enough!
