There is only one world; the world pressing against you at this minute. There is only one minute in which you are alive; this minute here and now. The only way to live is by accepting each minute as an unrepeatable miracle.

Well it's been a pretty poor day photographically speaking but at least the few I did this morning with the X10 came out ok. This afternoon's endeavours were pretty much a waste of time - playing at self portraits again and I'd only left the ISO at 400 which made for pretty noisy shadows and I wasn't looking too good either. Maybe stick to photographing my shoes Smile

Anyway, I did find a scabby dandelion in the drive - flat on its side so I had to stick a bit of florist wire up the stem to enable me to put it in the clamp. I do have a lovely bouquet of flowers given to me yesterday so I'll be photographing them over the coming week I think.

I'd have been tempted to pick the lonesome one off and either concentrate on that one or on the rest of the dandelion. You have kind of two shots in one there.

Only my opinion though...................you have far more EC's than me Tongue

All opinions are acceptable - even if I disagree Tongue

Actually every time I moved the flipping thing more seeds dropped off - plus I had to keep moving it across the room to keep it in the light. It's unlikely I'll find another one to play with now but who knows - I saw some Hollyhocks in bloom today so there might be more Dandelions yet Smile
