THis is lovely but prefer the full version because I like the composition better with all that lovely sky. Smile

Stupid question. When you get a camera converted to IR does it just do b/w or colour too? Blush

Actually, and for some unfathomable reason, the idea of you choosing to sit on the roof of the bus just seems, well, right somehow Grin

Thanks folks - nope, I'm not quite daft enough to sit on the top of the bus Smile There's a couple of low bridges on that route that would probably knock me off Smile

This camera will only take IR shots - it's a permanent conversion. I have it set to B&W - if I set it to colour then the images are purple and require more faffing about afterwards.

I've been contemplating getting my A350 converted but then it's considerably larger than this pocket sized Canon and I'd probably not use it as much. Plus a decent macro lens is higher up the shopping list!

Well I've looked at both versions several times and I like them both better! A great Image , either way!

I prefer the cropped version as I think the interest is in the field / trees not the sky.

Perhaps we should all go out on the top deck of a bus, certainly a different viewpoint which would otherwise not be seen.

Ah, I just wondered if it took IR colour. Purple doesn't sound so good. IR looks best in BW anyway. Smile
