Mushrooms and Stuff

By cattyal
I was going to upload an Anemone this evening but realised that the background wasn't up to scratch so it's another of my veggie collection instead. As you can see, the Broccoli isn't faring too well - almost compost heap time for that but the garlic has been knocking about for weeks and is still nicely photogenic.

I still need to sort out some different textures - I just have too many other more interesting things to do!

Love it, the broccoli looks more interesting for being a bit old.

Beautifully crafted still life. Not a subject which would normally draw me to it but the detail and overall quality jumps out even at thumbnail size. Excellent

A late thank you everyone - I ended up vegging out in front of the box for an hour Smile

Now the fridge is a good idea - I must admit that this stuff gets left lying around on the floor in my 'studio' until I'm ready to play with it again. Yes, I'm afraid it doesn't get eaten! If I can't peel the lid off it and microwave it then it doesn't get cooked (which is a terrible admission).

Thanks again everyone - and thank you Pete for the HC Smile

How long the Broccoli will stay useable is debatable - it was getting a little bendy! I was going to upload another similar shot today but remembered that I've a little Valentine action planned with Woody so if that works out the result will be uploaded.

That all sounds extremely iffy.......
