an unusual vision.. like rats, the traitors, are the first to leave the ship before sinking..
or they had just come to sink that ship..
or the ghosts of the ones who died in the catastrophe..

too much to see here.. whoever they are.. they look determined.. and carry an attitude as though they really have some weight..

you do give some unusual images, Christina..

Thank you so much, peekay2001! I like to think they were good sailors but were victims of the sea.

I haven't done anything for about a week due to family business and I think it all burst forth today. I did a third picture today of my cat - not so quirky as my last 2 - and I'll upload it tomorrow. Much more normal.

so the third guess was correct.. I have always found it amazing and I really come to love that stability in life.. I mean doing things with ease.. no restlessness.. coolness.. and I am feeling the same way now.. and it is a new kind of feeling these days... because I had been a very restive and absolutely non-sense type of man in the past..

anyway... waiting for your next upload.. good luck..

Am I guessing correctly that you recently retired and found out it is the only way to live? I tell everyone I know who is working they need to stop right away and relax, but for some reason they don't listen.

no, Christina.. I am in service and have a long way to go before retiring.. but just that peace is what one needs sometimes..
Cheers.. have a fine and productive day..

thank you, Christina.. and for your kind comments on my rose images..
I specially adore this comment - these roses are like visions..
yes, they are.. as I said in my description a few days ago.. I am inspired..
though must say a man of humble talents, as far as photography goes..
could not give it enough time.. and actually, I don't live in a world of artists..
I was in Assam nearly 10 months ago.. and there were not any flowers.. really!! all I could shoot there were leaves, textures on the walls etc.. I was crying all that time for a person I could photograph.. but as there was no one, I depended on my own humble face and made some self-portraits..

yes.. you can call me Pranav.

Interesting comments from peekay, Christina.
My father served in the Merchant Navy during World War 2.
He survived the war but felt a sense of ''guilt'' as many of his fellow seamen did not.
Good sailors here but victims of the sea I would like to think !!

My grandfather was an army doctor in WWII and was on a ship that was torpedoed in the Mediterranean on its way to Algiers. Terrible times - I'm afraid they are being forgotten. Thanks, Mick.

Such a powerful image, friend, and conveys visually what is pretty much impossible to put into words. Superb! They just get better!!

Lillian, thank you so much! What I found out doing this was an interesting photo of a sky worked as sky and sea also if turned upside down! I don't think I've done that before!
