First off im not sure if maybe this should have an adult rating or not? I know how petty some people can be nowadays, but here goes, This is one of the shots i took on my first ever art nude shoot with my model Karen, the plane has indeed been added in PS, hope you like it,

No I do not think that it should have an 'Adult' tag, I do not find anything offensive in your image. One only has to open any of the so called tabloid papers and see far worse than this.
