it is a picture of council planted tree seedlings in an area (approx. 1.5 acres by a newly created freeway turnpike ..the seedlings are in little plastic protective shields.. ..I was attracted to the pattern that these structures made. I intend to document their growth over the next few years !I am to do an Installation based on this concept and images that I create..when I first saw this planting it was on a full moon at night on my way to Byron Bay and it reminded me of what the world may look like IF we don't take more care of it ! I consider the image above to be a "Conceptual Sketch" Which I will translate into many differant mediums for the Installation. Thanks for your response Cheryl

np Matt good thot ..I may "install" lots of full glass beer mugs in the exhibit ..then maybe people can drink them and enjoy my "Inatallation'for that factor alone ..even IF they don't appreciate my social comment ...thanks for the feedback Cheryl

I like it Cheryl. Thought at first that there was foing to be a barbed wire fence, the crosses resemble that. Like the colouring and the composition. Very unusual picture which makes you think - especially after you said what it actually is. Do the lights within the containers represent the seedling bursting forth?
