Just a touch blown on the top of the body but not too distracting, nice pose captured here,

This would have to be one of the most underestimated butterfly shots on here in a long time! Fantastic details and a great pose backlit by the sun!

The crop is a little unusual and probably explains some of the lack of attention this one received.

Thanks Tim,that's praise indeed looking at you work.I'm very flattered..any ideas about improving the crop? at the bottom is all buddlia,the top is all background,I wanted to enhance the shape of the subject..hence the crop.

If the buddlia below is in focus then I would show a little more of that and a little less of the space above the butterfly. Also a nice thick white border might be a nice touch.
