Deconstruction

By chase
Some time ago, I had an old darkroom enlarger donated to me, I did a few images of it in it's entirety.
With permission, I couldn't resist taking it to bits Wink
Here are a few of the interesting pieces, carefully balanced without the aid of Blu-Tac Wink...that was fun...not !!

Lit by a small torch in a fairly dark room, an HDR image, 3 frames combined in Lightroom, finished in Photoshop with a bit of a crop, straighten (as much as I could/dare) and a drop of sharpening.
Converted to B&W in Nik Silver.

It's just 'something from nothing' ,which always grabs my attention.

Thanks for getting here.
Constructive critique and mods welcome.

Looked to be a very intriguing contraption, until I read what it was! 😁 A wonderful still-life, Janet 😃👍 Looking top-left I see a half closed eye looking down at me... 👁‍🗨

Super still-life arrangement, Janet, very well photographed.Lovely textures and tones with the contrast between the metal pieces and the bellows. The b&w treatment really suits the subject too.

Well, it’s ‘one of those.....’ machines, of course! Er??? Fascinating dismembered projector here, makes a great low-key almost abstract image, like it a lot, Janet.

An image full of so many different contrasting tones.....definitely "your thing", Janet!!!! I do like that background, almost a smokey type of effect. Yep, I like it👍👍!!

Well, someone had to say it Wink
You know when that Cat is in a very hot place..........
The sticky stuff is unsticked, the screws are undid, all of them and the nuts are soooo un-nutted Wink
I didn't smash the glass bits though, any, of them Wink
More chance of being bit by a Daffodil in the middle of Winter ! Wink
