Muscari

By chase
Muscari (or Grape Hyacinths) from my garden.I have several varieties, even a white one.
Taken in daylight from my North facing kitchen windows, diffused with a little muslin.
The original bg was a piece of white card.
I reduced the saturation a tad on this one,I wanted more of a pastel look to it,particularly for printing on some nice matt paper...when I finally decide which brand to go for Wink
Textures added on adjustment layers & blended in Photoshop.

Thanks for taking the time to look/comment.
Janet xx

Beautifully composed Janet - but the greatest attraction of this species is its striking colour - not sure of the jaded look in this.

Thankyou everyone.

Brian..Thankyou for your honesty..as always..I did desturate it a little for a reason,I wanted to give it an almost pastel look, especially for printing...I have a nice empty space on a particular wall I want to fill.

Many thanls for the EC Pete,a nice surprise Smile
